These prices are for Apex’s EOD and Intraday evaluations. Apex is also selling its Legacy evaluations again, as a temporary offer. They’re a separate program that bills monthly, covered below.

Examples

What a 50K evaluation costs if you pass

The evaluation and its activation fee together, at Apex’s list price and as estimated during Apex’s sale.

Example: a 50K EOD evaluation, total if you pass
At Apex’s list price$719$590 evaluation + $129 activation fee
During Apex’s sale$188est.$59 evaluation + $129 activation fee

The sale lowers the evaluation price only. The $129 activation fee is the same either way.

Example: a 50K Intraday evaluation, total if you pass
At Apex’s list price$348$249 evaluation + $99 activation fee
During Apex’s sale$123.90est.$24.90 evaluation + $99 activation fee

The sale lowers the evaluation price only. The $99 activation fee is the same either way.

50K EOD, if you pass
$719: $590 evaluation + $129 activation fee
50K Intraday, if you pass
$348: $249 evaluation + $99 activation fee

Another option

No Activation Fee evaluations

Apex sells each evaluation in a No Activation Fee version. After you pass, its activation fee is $0.

No Activation Fee evaluations compared with a standard evaluation plus its activation fee, estimated during Apex’s sale
Account No Activation FeeDuring Apex’s sale, est. Standard + activation feeDuring Apex’s sale, est.
25K EOD $109 $158 $49 + $109
50K EOD $119 $188 $59 + $129
100K EOD $159 $258 $119 + $139
150K EOD $249 $378 $219 + $159
25K Intraday $69 $105.70 $16.70 + $89
50K Intraday $49 $123.90 $24.90 + $99
100K Intraday $59 $208 $79 + $129
150K Intraday $189 $268 $119 + $149

Estimates take 90% off Apex’s list prices as of , for Apex’s sale ending . Coupon codes don’t discount the activation fee, so it stays at full price. The last column adds the standard evaluation and its activation fee.

During Apex’s sale, the No Activation Fee version costs less than a standard evaluation plus its activation fee at every size, if you pass. Apex’s checkout shows the final price.

No Activation Fee evaluations compared with a standard evaluation plus its activation fee, at Apex’s list prices
Account No Activation Fee Standard + activation fee
25K EOD $1,090 $599 $490 + $109
50K EOD $1,190 $719 $590 + $129
100K EOD $1,590 $1,329 $1,190 + $139
150K EOD $2,490 $2,349 $2,190 + $159
25K Intraday $690 $256 $167 + $89
50K Intraday $490 $348 $249 + $99
100K Intraday $590 $919 $790 + $129
150K Intraday $1,890 $1,339 $1,190 + $149

Apex list prices as of Oct 22, 2026. The last column adds the standard evaluation and its activation fee.

At list prices, which version costs less depends on the account, so compare both columns. A sale can change that comparison, and whether a sale applies to No Activation Fee evaluations depends on the promotion, so compare both totals at checkout.

Apart from the pricing, the two versions match: the same rules, drawdown, 30-day access period and pass requirements. You still activate the PA within the same 7-day window, and Apex’s checkout shows the activation fee as $0.

Packs

5-packs

Apex also sells evaluations in packs of five.

Estimates take 90% off Apex’s list prices for 5-packs, as of , for Apex’s sale ending . “Each” is the pack price divided by five. Apex’s checkout shows the final price. Apex doesn’t sell a No Activation Fee 5-pack for the 100K EOD and 150K EOD.

For example, during Apex’s sale a 25K Intraday 5-pack is about $74.95, or $14.99 per evaluation. The five are separate evaluations, and each one you pass has its own activation fee unless the pack is No Activation Fee.

For example, a 25K Intraday 5-pack lists at $749.50, or $149.90 per account, compared with $167 for a single evaluation. The five accounts in a pack are separate evaluations, and each one you pass has its own activation fee unless the pack is No Activation Fee.

Apex’s sale: 90% off 5-packs until Oct 22, 11:59 PM ET. Apex’s checkout shows the final price. Whether a sale applies to packs depends on the promotion, so compare both totals at checkout. Legacy evaluations

Apex is selling its Legacy evaluations again, from 25K to 300K, as a temporary offer with no end date announced. They’re a different program from EOD and Intraday: a monthly subscription until you cancel, a one-time PA fee after you pass, no daily drawdown and no scaling.

Legacy evaluations can be reset for $60, and they follow Apex’s legacy rules, including its legacy payout rules, not the EOD and Intraday rules in our other guides. Prices are the same on Tradovate, WealthCharts and Rithmic. Check which program you’re buying before you pay.

Questions

Questions about Apex’s prices

Which Apex Trader Funding coupon code should I use?

You can use DLAB, our affiliate code. Enter it in the coupon field at Apex’s checkout and check the order summary before you pay. Using DLAB credits this site at no extra cost to you.

How much does an Apex Trader Funding evaluation cost?

As of Oct 22, 2026, Apex’s list prices run from $167 for a 25K Intraday evaluation to $2,190 for a 150K EOD, paid once for 30 days of access. If you pass and activate a Performance Account, you also pay a one-time activation fee of $89 to $159, or $0 on a No Activation Fee evaluation. During Apex’s sales, coupon codes lower the evaluation fee only.

How much is the Apex activation fee?

As of Oct 22, 2026, it’s $109 (25K), $129 (50K), $139 (100K) and $159 (150K) on EOD evaluations. On Intraday evaluations it’s $89 (25K), $99 (50K), $129 (100K) and $149 (150K). You pay it once, within 7 calendar days of Apex marking your evaluation as passed. It’s $0 on No Activation Fee evaluations.

Does a coupon code lower the activation fee?

No. Coupon codes apply to the evaluation fee only. Apex has run separate promotions on activation fees before, and those apply only on the dates of the promotion.

Is Apex Trader Funding a monthly subscription?

Not on the current plans. EOD and Intraday evaluations are one-time payments for 30 days of access, and nothing renews. Legacy accounts work differently: they bill monthly until you cancel them, and Apex is selling Legacy evaluations again as a temporary offer. Check which kind you’re buying before you pay.

How much is an Apex reset?

The current EOD and Intraday evaluations have no resets. If one fails or expires, you buy a new one at the price on that day. Resets exist only on legacy evaluations.

Are Apex fees refundable?

No. Apex says evaluation and activation fees aren’t refundable. You also can’t move an evaluation to a different size or type after you buy it.

What does the evaluation fee include?

30 calendar days of access to one simulated evaluation account, with Level 1 market data included. Rithmic and Tradovate accounts also come with a NinjaTrader license, and WealthCharts accounts don’t. Depth-of-market data costs extra, and you buy it through Rithmic, Tradovate or WealthCharts.
